January 14th  – 7:30PM at Bath Legion  – Reorganization Meeting

               Election of officers

               All prospective teams must be present (Mandatory)

               All Zone Changes Submitted

               Establish Meeting Schedule

State Rules Changes presented

 

February  23rd  – 7:30PM at Bath Legion – Zoning Meeting

               Zones must be turned in

               Vote on any new members

               Vote on Annual All-Star Game (proposals must be submitted)

               Establish Important schedule dates

               All registration/insurance/team share money due

 

March  25th – 7:00PM at Bath Legion – Scheduling Meeting

               Mandatory Attendance (bring field availability)

 

April  8th – 7:30PM at Bath Legion – Rules Meeting

Review rules for upcoming season

Review roster night procedure

League Coaching Directory must be finalized

 

May  13th  –  6:30PM at Bath Legion – Roster Night Meeting

               Appointments made for all teams

Roster Certification – All birth certificates and contracts will be approved.

               All Teams MUST supply a copy of their roster to ALL other teams at 7

 

June   10th  – 8:30PM at Bath Legion – In-Season Meeting

               Regular Meeting to discuss problems/issues

 

July  8th – 8:30PM at Bath Legion – Playoff Meeting

               All tiebreakers reviewed and all makeups scheduled

               Playoff procedures reviewed

 

October 14th  – 7:30PM at Bath Legion – Season Wrap-up Meeting

               Suggested Changes for next season

               Review Season 

               Set date for January 2011 Meeting
